The Idea
A Boricua Dominicana, by way of Brooklyn, New York, deciding to pursue a dream. The name LaTeena is a play off of my nickname, Teeny, me being a Latina and I'm selling some tees!
Founded in 2018, LaTeena is a brand created to fill a void in the urban t-shirt business on the east coast. Realizing the Latino community was underrepresented when it came to positive and empowering wearable messages one of our goals is to counter the negative stereotypes people tend to have about Latinas. Our founder was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY so there is definitely some hip-hop/urban influence as well. LaTeena is for those who aren't afraid to make a statement and challenge the status quo. At LaTeena, we are committed to inspiring the Latino community by creating empowering messages that they can wear proudly to remind themselves and everyone around them of how incredibly strong and resilient we are!
Style & Quality
We print on high quality 100% cotton or cotton blend camisetas.
We carry XS to 3XL unisex camisetas. (Larger sizes are available upon request.)
Ladies, order one size down from your regular size.
Our camisetas are hand printed using the screen printed heat transfer process.
